产品描述：
木材防腐设备涵盖了木材防腐，木材阻燃，木材染色的全部功能，设备按照国际通行标准设计，可同时分别按照满细胞法 ，高低频压法，双真空法等。设备工作压力是-0.08M怕-3.6MPA，工作温度是0-200度，相对真空度0.098M怕，一次可防腐木材从2M3 到20M3不等。
木材防腐设备维护事项
Wood preservation equipment maintenance
1. To daub regula butter in the turbine ,screw ,bearing which are tank opening device at the fixed time,,keep oil state
1、罐门开启装置的涡轮及丝杆、轴承要定期涂抹黄油，保持有油状态
2.To keep clean of the tank sealing ring ,the contact surface,before shut the door ,so should be with mechanical lubricating oil on seal ring and cans incisors surface ,keep sealing and cans door switch freely
2、罐门密封圈表面及与之接触面要保持清洁，关罐门前要用毛刷沾机械润滑油涂刷密封圈及罐门齿表面，保持密封性及罐门开关自如。
3.To daub mechanical lubrication oil on the valves and screw in order to avoid jamming pipeline and pump body.
3、各阀门丝杆要定期涂刷机械润滑油，以免其堵塞管道及泵体。
4.To clean bits of wood or any other impurities inside stainless steel filter and pressure tank.
4、要定期清除不锈钢过滤器及压力罐内木屑等杂质，以免其堵塞管道及泵体。
5.To keep water in vacuum pump cooling water tank ,it is strictly prohibited to open pump without water,and to clean water tank,keep the water clean inside of water tank.
5、真空泵冷却水箱内要保持有水状态，严禁无水开泵，且要定期清洗水箱，保持水箱内水质清洁。
6.Before opening pressure pump,need to confirm if the valve is open between liquid storing box and pressure pump (liquid storing have enough potions).it is strictly prohibited to open pump without liquid.
6、加压泵开泵前要确认与储液箱间阀门开启（且储液箱内有足够药剂），严禁无液开泵运转。
7.To inspect the relief every year and inspect pressure gauge every six months
7、安全阀每一年、压力表每半年校验一次。

升压缓慢或不升压

1、加压泵前的过滤器（或底阀）滤网堵塞。
Filter (or bottom valve )is at the front of pressure pump which is blocked
2、木材装载过高，堵住了罐顶加压管口。
Loaded wood is too high ,block pressure pipe mouth
3、加压管路堵塞。
Pressure pipe is blocked
1、拆洗过滤器（或底阀）滤网。
Uppick and wash the mesh of the filter (or bottom valve)
2、降低木材装车高度，使木材顶端距离罐顶留有10公分间隙并将木材用强绳扎紧。
Reduce the load wood height ,assure at least 10cm gap between the top of wood and tank deck
3、管路清淤。
Clean the pipe
罐门关闭后开始作业时，真空泵不能启动
After closed the door ,the vacuum pump cann't start
罐门开启装上的下行程开未能闭合，从而未能给控制柜罐门已关闭信号。
The door of open device downstroke failed to close ,cann't give control cabinet a closed signal
调整触点使下行程开关闭和。
Adjust the contact to close the downstroke
作业结束后罐门不能开启
After manufacture ,the door cann't be opened
电接点压力表的工作指针归零后未能与下限位指针接触。
The contact pressure gauge pointer to zero which don't contact the lowest limit pointer
压力表为零时，将下限位指针稍上调，调至与工作指针接触即可。
When the pressure gauge is zero ,adjust lowest limit pointer a little to make working pointer contact |
